Event Summary

This weekend will be EPIC!!  Geared towards Ironman athletes participants may do as much or as little as they like.  

Schedule:

Friday:  Roblin Lake 4000m swim.....official start time is 5:00 PM however there will be athletes beginning earlier if you need to get a head start.

            Roblin Lake 90 minute cycle........to follow swim, approximate start time 6:30 PM

Saturday:  Tri & Run Sports 7 hour ride, done in loops beginning at 8 AM.  A helmet is required, bring nutrition.

Sunday:  Roblin Lake Half Marathon....official start 10 AM....event will be timed.
