Join in the sixth month of the 2018 NEVER SAY NEVER Challenge.
Participate every month and at the end of the year you will earn a technical shirt to proclaim your achievement.
June Challenge: Strength
Perform 15 minutes of strength training 3X per week. This could include body weight exercises such as walking lunges, squats, planks to name a few. Feel free to add weights, bands, kettle bells if interested but not required.
Track your progress and post weekly on the facebook group to stay accountable. You are on the honor system so don't cheat yourself.
