Event Summary

Join us for a 12 week program geared towards the Ottawa Hypothermic 1/2 Marathon on March 2 2019

OR

A 16 week program geared towards the Around the Bay 30k Road Race in Hamilton on March 31 2019

Whether it's your first time at this distance or you're looking to PR you will arrive at the start line prepared to not only finish but to conquer the distance. Our coach will discuss race nutrition, breathing, pacing and hydration among other topics of interest. 

The only requirement is that you have been consistently running for 6 months and are able to run 10k comfortably. 

Group run every Saturday morning at 8:00AM starting December 8 2018. Group meets at Tri & Run Sports.

There is no cost for this clinic. We are not just here to serve you, but to partner with you as you take steps towards your goal. We appreciate your business!

If you have not participated in our previous Learn to Run,  Half Marathon or Marathon Clinic, please come to Tri & Run Sports prior to the first class to complete a medical history.
