Event Summary

Do you feel comfortable running 5k and want to challenge yourself to run further? Whether this is your first 10k or you're looking to improve; this 8 week clinic is sure to get you to the finish line feeling strong.

All you need are running shoes, a water bottle, enthusiasm and a sense of humor! 

Classes start Thursday March 7 2019

All classes start at 5:45pm at Tri & Run Sports

Regular price $80 however we are offering this class at No Charge!

You will find everything you need to start and continue your love of running at Tri & Run Sports. We are not just here to serve you, but to partner with you as you take steps towards your goal. We appreciate your business!

To register for this class please follow these 3 steps:

1. Create a myRacetime account (if you are a first time user with myRacetime) 
2. Register for the event on myRacetime.ca. Please click the participant tab to ensure you have registered. 
3. Once registered for the class find the facebook group called Tri & Run 10k/5k S19
All homework runs and class information will be posted on the facebook group


Please come into Tri & Run Sports prior to the first class to complete a ParQ & medical history if this is your first clinic with us this year. 

Goal Race

Please choose a goal race of your choice but we recommend the Pitter Patter 5k/10k Fun Run. Local, inexpensive, supports Community Policing

Group Runs

If you are looking for a group to run with other than the Thursday night clinic consider joining Quinte FunRunners. This is a Tri & Run Sports group where members set up runs together via a private facebook group. All you need to do is come into the store and complete some paperwork and we'll get you registered with the group. We run together every Tuesday & Thursday evenings as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings.
